*While these are specialties, I can kick butt in a wide variety of topics.
I’ve been involved in education in a number of capacities. My experience includes serving as a classroom teacher at both the high school and college level and assisting students in a tutorial capacity. This extensive background serves me well in educational writing assignments.
With a CPA for a father, I was raised with a business mind. It’s no surprise then my major in college was Economics and my favorite breakfast reading material is The Wall Street Journal. I’m fascinated by entrepreneurs and those who are passionate about business.
If I could have one superpower, it would be brilliance. I love to learn. This desire, along with the internet and a willingness to ask questions, have enabled me to contribute to a number of trade publications on a variety of topics I was not previously familiar with. Did you know pistachios in shell sell 10 times more than shelled pistachios? I do.
It started with a blog. How many writers start their bio that way? Yes, I’ve been a dad blogger since 2011. However, my musings about parenting and family life have gone way beyond my own blog and my own family.
I cannot imagine a more perfect breakfast than lox and bagels. While religion is about more than food, it’s a darn good place to start. I’ve written about Jewish customs, individuals, and businesses.
